Problem Solved - For some reason my antivirus (AVG Free) was stopping the buttons from working. I've downloaded Avast instead and it's functioning as it should!

So my boyfriend and I made a funny little movie on his phone. I emailed it to myself. I opened it through both Windows Media Player and VLC Media Player, but both of them will only play the video, with no sound. In this particular movie, the sound is the most important part. any time i go anywhere in safari, either with my macbook or even on my iphone, i am getting this message:
'cannot verify server identity. safari cannot verify the identity of static.ak.facebook.com. would you like to continue anyway?'

So somehow my twitter keeps getting hacked. I changed my password twice and each time someone is able to post under my account. I'm actually having a conversation with this person on twitter as they post on my account after I've changed my password. How can this even be happening?

My sister just got a new Sprint phone. When she had her old Sprint phone she bought over $100 in songs from Sprint and saved them to her micrSD card. She moved the SD card to the new phone she none of the songs showed up. She checked on her computer and they are still on the card. They are all the file type that will only play on Sprint phones. I need to transcribe the audio from some files that are in .swf format, and my transcription software does not run .swf files. I've Googled for "free swf converter" "free swf to MP3 converter" "converting swf files" and "ripping SWF to MP3" and have tried five different pieces of software that claim to convert said files, but none of them work.
